Information We Collect
This website does not include contact forms, accounts, or online payment. We do not ask you to submit personal information through it.
We may receive information in the following ways:
- When you contact us directly. If you call or text us, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, and details about the service you want.
- When you visit the website. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected for security and reliability, not to identify you personally.
- When you visit the salon. If you book an appointment, we keep ordinary business records such as your contact details, appointment history, and any service notes you share with your stylist.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Schedule, confirm, and provide the services you request
- Contact you about your appointment
- Keep records of services performed, including color formulations and preferences
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Comply with our legal and tax obligations
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver and protect the site. Calls and text messages pass through our telephone provider. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our host may set essential cookies necessary for security and performance. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Data Retention
We keep client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Website server logs are retained only for a short period by our hosting provider.
Your Choices
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your client record, subject to any records we are legally required to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
